Informativa per la Protezione dei Dati Personali

 
Ai sensi degli artt. 12 e 14 del Regolamento Europeo 2016/679 (GDPR), TTEngineering S.r.l. in qualità di Titolare del trattamento dei dati, fornisce l’Informativa agli Utenti che interagiscono con il sito web di TTEngineering S.r.l. accessibile attraverso l’indirizzo: www.ttengineering.it e ai clienti, fornitori e collaboratori che forniscono i propri dati personali durante il rapporto contrattuale.

1.    Titolare del trattamento

Il “titolare” del trattamento dei dati, relativi a persone identificate o identificabili, è TTEngineering S.r.l., con sede in: Vicolo Cirimido, 7; 22074 Lomazzo (CO).

Dati di navigazione – log files
I sistemi informatici e le procedure software preposte al funzionamento dei siti web acquisiscono, nel corso del loro normale esercizio, alcuni dati personali la cui trasmissione è implicita nell’uso dei protocolli di comunicazione di Internet (dominio internet e protocollo IP, tipo di browser e sistema operativo del computer utilizzato, data, ora e permanenza nel sito, pagine visualizzate, eventuale motore di ricerca dal quale si è entrati nel sito).
Si tratta di informazioni che non sono raccolte per essere associate a interessati identificati, ma che per loro stessa natura potrebbero, attraverso elaborazioni ed associazioni con dati detenuti da terzi, permettere di identificare gli utenti.
In questa categoria di dati rientrano gli indirizzi IP o i nomi a dominio dei computer utilizzati dagli utenti che si connettono al sito, gli indirizzi di notazione URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) delle risorse richieste, l’orario della richiesta, il metodo utilizzato nel sottoporre la richiesta al server, la dimensione del file ottenuto in risposta, il codice numerico indicante lo stato di risposta data dal server (buon fine errore ecc.) ed altri parametri relativi al sistema operativo e all’ambiente informatico dell’utente. Questi dati vengono utilizzati al solo fine di ricavare informazioni statistiche anonime sull’uso del sito e per controllarne il corretto funzionamento e vengono cancellati immediatamente dopo l’elaborazione. Le informazioni raccolte automaticamente possono essere utilizzate da TTEngineering S.r.l. per l’accertamento di responsabilità in caso di ipotetici reati informatici ai danni del sito, per fini statistici, per migliorare la navigazione e i contenuti del sito. Salva l’eventualità dell’utilizzo dei dati per l’accertamento di responsabilità, allo stato i dati sui contatti web non persistono per più di sette giorni.
Dati personali ricevuti
I dati personali ricevuti in fase di registrazione ai siti web sopra citati, in fase di ordine di prodotti o in fase di ricezione di richiesta di contatto, sono di tipo anagrafico:  nome, cognome, Codice Fiscale, indirizzo, indirizzo email, telefono, fax, ecc.

3.    Finalità del trattamento dei dati

I dati personali sono trattati per finalità connesse alle attività di TTEngineering S.r.l., quali l’archiviazione nei propri database e fornitura di informazioni sulle attività per:
  1. Acquisto di prodotti. Natura del conferimento Obbligatoria. Base giuridica Contrattuale.
  2. Richiesta di registrazione al sito web. Natura del conferimento Obbligatoria. Base giuridica Consensuale.
  3. Ricezione di un messaggio inviato tramite il form “Contattaci” del sito web ttengineering.it/contatti/ o attraverso l’indirizzo di posta elettronica info@ttengineering.it. Con la compilazione del form vengono richiesti i dati personali (nome e indirizzo di posta elettronica) con i quali successivamente l’utente sarà identificato al fine di inviare una risposta all’indirizzo email indicato. Natura del conferimento Obbligatoria. Base giuridica Consensuale.
Per modificare o rimuovere dal database di TTEngineering S.r.l. i propri dati personali, è necessario inviare una e-mail all’indirizzo: info@ttengineering.it.
 

4.    Modalità del trattamento

I dati personali sono oggetto di trattamento improntato ai principi di correttezza, liceità e trasparenza.
TTEngineering S.r.l. garantisce la riservatezza, l’integrità e la disponibilità dei dati personali raccolti, la non visibilità e la non accessibilità da alcuna area pubblica di accesso.
 
Il trattamento è svolto in forma automatizzata e/o manuale, ad opera di soggetti appositamente incaricati, in ottemperanza alla sicurezza del trattamento come previsto dall’art. 32 del Regolamento Europeo 2016/679 (GDPR).
TTEngineering S.r.l. predispone misure organizzative e tecnologiche idonee affinché questa politica sia seguita all’interno della società al fine di proteggere i dati personali raccolti.
 

5.    Comunicazione e trasferimento dei dati.

Per il perseguimento delle finalità suddette, i dati personali saranno trattati dai seguenti soggetti:

  • Consulente Fiscale
  • Soggetti che forniscono servizi per la gestione del sistema informatico usato da TTEngineering S.r.l. e delle reti di telecomunicazioni (ivi compresa la posta elettronica)

  • Consulente del Lavoro
 
  1. Soggetti non direttamente riconducibili a TTEngineering S.r.l.:
  • Autorità Giudiziarie
  • Autorità di Pubblica Sicurezza
  • Altri soggetti terzi ai quali la comunicazione sia obbligatoria in forza di legge
 
I dati personali oggetto del trattamento non saranno diffusi se non nei limiti espressi nella presente informativa e potranno essere invece comunicati a società collegate a TTEngineering Srl all’estero in paesi extra UE nell’ambito e nei limiti previsti dall’art. 45, comma 3, del Regolamento Europeo 2016/679 (GDPR) al fine di ottemperare ai contratti e finalità connesse e alle richieste di contatto avanzate tramite i siti web ed e-mail.
 
 

6.    Periodo di conservazione

I dati personali raccolti sono inseriti nel database aziendale e conservati per il tempo della durata del servizio richiesto, al termine del quale saranno cancellati o resi anonimi entro i tempi stabiliti dalla norma di legge.
Qualora intervenga la revoca del consenso al trattamento specifico da parte dell’interessato, i dati verranno cancellati o resi anonimi entro 30 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione della revoca.
 
 

7.    Diritti dell’interessato

L’interessato può far valere i diritti previsti dall’art. 15 (diritto di accesso dell’interessato), dall’art. 16 (diritto di rettifica), dall’art. 17 (diritto alla cancellazione, “diritto all’oblio”), dall’art. 18 (diritto di limitazione di trattamento), dall’art. 20 (diritto alla portabilità dei dati)  e dall’art. 21 (diritto di opposizione)  del Regolamento 2016/679, rivolgendosi al Titolare del trattamento dei dati scrivendo all’indirizzo: info@ttengineering.it, oppure scrivendo a mezzo di posta a: TTEngineering S.r.l., Vicolo Cirimido, 7; 22074 Lomazzo (CO).
L’utente ha il diritto di proporre un reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, seguendo le procedure e le indicazioni pubblicate sul sito web ufficiale dell’Autorità su www.garanteprivacy.it.
L’esercizio dei diritti non è soggetto ad alcun vincolo di forma ed è gratuito.
A partire dalla visualizzazione della presente informativa si intenderà rilasciato il consenso al trattamento dei dati personali di cui ai punti sopra.

Ogni violazione delle condizioni di cui sopra darà titolo a TTEngineering S.r.l. di agire nelle sedi competenti per la tutela dei suoi diritti.

Information Notice on Personal Data Protection

 
In accordance with Articles 12 and 14 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), TTEngineering S.r.l., as Data Controller, provides this Information Notice to the Users interacting with TTEngineering S.r.l. website, accessible through the address: www.ttengineering.it, as well as to customers, suppliers and collaborators providing their personal data during the contractual relationship.
 

1.    Data Controller

The “Controller” of the processing of the data related to an identified or identifiable person is TTEngineering S.r.l., with registered office in Vicolo Cirimido, 7; 22074 Lomazzo (CO), Italy.
 

2.    Types of data collected

Navigation data–log files
During their usual operations, the IT systems and the software procedures related to the functioning of the website acquire some personal data the transfer of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (Internet domain and IP protocol, browser type and operating system of the computer used, date, time and duration of the website navigation, visualised pages, possible search engine to access the website).
Although this kind of information has not been collected to be associated to identified data subjects, by their own nature, they might allow to identify the users through elaborations and associations with data owned by third parties.
This data type include the IP addresses or the domain names of the computers utilised by the users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the required resources, the time of the request, the method utilised to submit the request to the server, the dimension of the file obtained as an answer, the numerical code indicating the status of the answer given by the server (successful, error, etc.) along with other parameters related to the operating system and to the user’s IT environment. Such data are used exclusively to acquire anonymous statistical information about the use of the website, as well as to monitor its correct functioning and are therefore erased immediately after the processing. The automatically collected information can be used by TTEngineering S.r.l. to verify the responsibilities in case of supposed cybercrimes to the website, for statistical purposes or to improve the website navigation and contents. Unless necessary and used to verify responsibilities, the data on the web contacts shall not last more than seven days.
Personal data received
The data received when registering on the above mentioned websites, when ordering products or when receiving a contact request, are personal data, i.e.: name, surname, Tax Code, address, email address, telephone or fax number, etc.

3.    Purpose of the data processing

The personal data are processed for purposes related to the activities of TTEngineering S.r.l., such as database filing and supplying of information about the activity for:

  3. Receiving of a message forwarded through the “Contact Us” form on the ttengineering.it/contatti/ website or the email address info@ttengineering.it.
Filling out the form, the users will be required to supply personal data (name and e-mail address), through which they will be identified to send a reply to the indicated e-mail address. Nature of the provision Mandatory. Legal basis Consensual.

4.    Data processing modalities

Personal data are processed according to the principles of propriety, lawfulness and transparency.
TTEngineering S.r.l.  shall guarantee the confidentiality, the integrity and the availability of the personal data collected, as well as the relevant non-visibility and non-accessibility from any public access area.
The data processing is carried out with automated methods and/or manually by designated and appointed representatives, in compliance with the safety data processing requirements according to Art.32 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
TTEngineering S.r.l. shall implement suitable technical and organizational measures within the company in order to protect the personal data collected.

 

5.    Data communication and transfer

In compliance with the above mentioned purposes, personal data shall be processed by the following entities:
1.Persons directly traceable to TTEngineering S.r.l.:

  • Persons providing services for the IT system management used by TTEngineering S.r.l. and to the relevant telecommunication networks (including the e-mail)
  • Banks
  • Labour Consultant
2.Persons not directly traceable to TTEngineering S.r.l.:
  • Judicial Authorities
  • Security Authorities
  • Other third parties to whom the communication is compulsory under applicable law.
 
The personal data processed shall not be disclosed unless differently expressed in the conditions included in the present information notice but shall be transferred to companies connected to TTEngineering S.r.l. abroad, in non-EU countries, within and according to the limits of Art.45, clause 3, of the European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) in order to respect the contracts and the relevant purposes, as well as the contact requests forwarded through the website and by e-mail.

 

6.    Duration of the data processing

The personal data collected shall be included in the company database and stored for the duration of the service required, at the conclusion of which they shall be erased or made anonymous within the timeline determined by law.
In case of a withdrawal of the consent to the specific processing by the data subject, the data shall be erased or made anonymous within 30 working days from receipt of the withdrawal.

 

7.    Rights of the Data Subject

The data subjects can enforce their rights expressed by Art.15 (right of access by the data subject), Art.16 (right of rectification), Art.17 (right to erasure, “right to be forgotten”), Art.18 (right of restriction of processing), Art.20 (right to data portability) and by Art.21 (right of objection) of the Regulation 2016/679, contacting the Data Controller at the e-mail address: info@ttengineering.it, or by post to TTEngineering S.r.l., Vicolo Cirimido, 7; 22074 Lomazzo (CO), Italy.
 
The user has the right to submit a complaint to the Data Protection Officer following the procedures and the indications published in the data protection Authority official website www.garanteprivacy.it.
The exercise of the rights shall not be subject to any formal restrictions and shall be free. The consent to data processing according to the above-mentioned conditions shall be released from the visualization of this information notice.

 

8.    Terms of use

The access to TTEngineering S.r.l. websites involves the acceptance of the application of the Italian law, as well as of the competence of the Italian courts.
The images, the graphics, the texts and the brands included in the information material and in the website are property of TTEngineering S.r.l. or are legitimately used by TTEngineering S.r.l. subject to authorization of their owner who may define specific limitations of use.
 
According to the Italian Copyright Law, it is not allowed to use for promotional or commercial purposes, nor to publish purposes images, graphics, texts, data and brands included in TTEngineering S.r.l. information material and websites prior written approval of TTEngineering S.r.l.
Any infringement of the above-stated conditions shall entitle TTEngineering S.r.l. to act in the appropriate fora for the protection of its rights.
