en premier lieu, la<strong> ligne de production automatis\u00e9e pour les chaudi\u00e8res et les r\u00e9servoirs<\/strong> cylindriques pour eau chaude et r\u00e9cipients sous pression, \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;une technologie de soudage et de d\u00e9coupe au laser \u00e0 fibre.<\/p><p>Cette ligne automatique peut \u00eatre aliment\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois par des <strong>t\u00f4les <\/strong>et par <strong>2 lignes de d\u00e9coupe s\u00e9par\u00e9es <\/strong>(bobines jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 12 tonnes), travaillant avec des \u00e9paisseurs de 0,4 \u00e0 2,5 mm et des diam\u00e8tres de 80 \u00e0 770 mm.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-715738c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"715738c\" \u00e0 partir du d\u00e9veloppement de la bobine, cr\u00e9e toutes les ouvertures sur le corps cylindrique du r\u00e9servoir avant m\u00eame de passer aux \u00e9tapes de pliage et de soudage, avec un gain de temps \u00e9vident et avec l'extr\u00eame flexibilit\u00e9 et la simplicit\u00e9 d'un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9coupe laser class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la nouvelle version de <strong>l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de cintrage brevet\u00e9e FlexFormer\u00ae<\/strong>, une vitesse de production \u00e9lev\u00e9e et des tubes parfaitement ronds sont garantis sans avoir besoin d&rsquo;un processus de pr\u00e9-cintrage int\u00e9gr\u00e9.<\/p><p>En plus du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de soudage laser standard, nous avons int\u00e9gr\u00e9 un <strong>syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de processus en temps r\u00e9el<\/strong>, qui permet de surveiller chaque millim\u00e8tre de la section soud\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Enfin, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser un <strong>soudage multipasse<\/strong> et \u00e0 une source \u00e0 mise en forme dynamique du faisceau (<strong>beam shaping<\/strong>), nous sommes en mesure de traiter une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riaux, y compris des bobines qui seraient normalement une source de extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s soud\u00e9es au laser, cette ligne int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement une <strong>station de d\u00e9coupe des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de tuyaux<\/strong>, qui traite automatiquement les tuyaux sur un tour \u00e0 double t\u00eate avec des outils d&rsquo;enl\u00e8vement de copeaux \u00e0 commande num\u00e9rique ; en outre, une station finale est pr\u00e9vue pour le<strong> soudage des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 laser \u00ab hybride \u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p><p>TTE a choisi d&rsquo;optimiser ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 laser pour souder <strong>sans d\u00e9chets <\/strong>m\u00eame les fonds non \u00e9barb\u00e9s, garantissant ainsi des r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;une qualit\u00e9 constante, m\u00eame pour des \u00e9paisseurs de 1,5 mm avec des \u00e9carts allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1 mm entre les bords.
