We realized many solutions for a fully automatic tube welding process. The loading of the material can be made directly starting from coil or starting from blank. Line is automatically feeding the material, roll bending, transferring, welding and unloading towards others equipment of finishing.
We experienced and integrated the most important LASER present in the market, with the application of different power and technical solutions.
Productivity and quality is very high.

Also those lines has been studied with similar approach the CSL is as above described where the only change is the welding source: TIG technology of new generation.
Reliability of those machines is very high.

Those machines has been studied for production where the loading/unloading of pieces is manual with possibility to work the following sizes and lengths:
- diameter till 400 mm over a length of 1550 mm
- diameter till 650 mm over a length of 1550 mm
