Model PCS
First machine (picture - PCS) is preparing the sector flanging

Preparation is made through mechanic die following an elliptic and optimal profile for the welding of the sector.

That welding machine allows you to join all components like elbows, Tee and others accessories, through overlapping welding.
Operator makes pre-assembly of parts and then is welding using this technology and choosing the right parameters about thickness and type of materials to be work.
